    The Solar Energy ETF seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Ardour Solar Energy IndexSM.

    The Index is a rules-based, modified global-capitalization-weighted, float-adjusted index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of a global universe of listed companies engaged in the solar energy industry.

    • Market cap exceeding $100 million
    • Three-month trading volume equal to or greater than $1 million per day
    • Trade on approved stock exchange as an ordinary, ADR or GDR, and have no material restrictions on foreign investment
    • Additional tests for revenue, free float, price and exchange listing
