    Companies eligible for inclusion in Index: 

    • Small-cap companies* domiciled and primarily listed in Latin America, or generating at least 50% of their revenues in Latin American countries
    • Market cap exceeding $150 million
    • Three-month average daily trading volume of at least $1 million
    • Minimum trading volume of 250,000 shares each month over last 6 months

    *As of 3/31/10, companies with a market capitalization range of between approximately $250 million and $2.4 billion.
