• The index is designed to reflect the performance of 100 leading property companies in the world.

• > 75% operational turnover from real estate.
• > 25% operational turnover from rental income.
• >USD 50 million Free Float Market Cap.

• > 15% Free Float.

• The index is reviewed semi-annually in March and September.
