Strong funding position

Solana recently raised USD 314m to accelerate its development, backed by the powerful entrepreneur Sam Bankman-Fried, CEO of crypto exchange FTX.com and the second largest contributor to Biden campaign.

The funding round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, one of Silicon Valley’s most prominent venture-capital firms, and Polychain Capital, a crypto hedge fund that also does VC-style investments.
