Fund Description

VanEck Vectors® Oil Refiners ETF (CRAK®) seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS® Global Oil Refiners Index (MVCRAKTR), which is a rules-based, modified capitalization weighted index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of companies involved in crude oil refining which may include: gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, fuel oil, naphtha, and other petrochemicals.

Underlying Index: MVIS Global Oil Refiners Index (MVCRAKTR) 

The Index comprises:

Companies involved in the crude oil refining segment. Products of these companies may include gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, fuel oil, naphtha, and other petrochemicals. Companies that market and distribute such products are included in the index as long as refining is performed in company-owned refineries.

Companies eligible for inclusion in Index:

  • Full market capitalization exceeding $150 million
  • Three-month average-daily-trading volume of at least $1 million
  • At least 250,000 shares traded per month
